GlobalBlock and GlobalBlock+

The GlobalBlock (€ 5499,00/year) en GlobalBlock+ (€ 7999,00/year) are the first blocks which allow you to protect your name under both country extensions (the so called ccTLDs) and generic extensions (so called gTLDs). Via those blocks you can protect your name under hundreds of extensions at the same time.

Moreover, you can also register 'misspells' of your name under all these extensions via GlobalBlock+.

Condition? You have registered your brand name with TMCH, you wish to protect your unregistered brand name or company name or you are a celebrity or politician.

You can register a GlobalBlock or GlobalBlock+ for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years.

TradeMark ClearingHouse (TMCH)

A registration with TMCH (€ 199,00/year) was originally intended to enable you to register your registered trademark with priority when a new gTLD is released.
That is still the case, but there is more.

You can use the claims service free of charge. This means that we will send you a notification when someone registers your name under a new gTLD.

Furthermore you can protect your registered trademark with one of the other blocks we will discuss further on this page.

Condition? You can register your name with the TMCH only once your trademark registration for this name has been completed.

AdultBlock and AdultBlock+

The AdultBlock (€ 300,00/year) enables owners of a (non) registered trademark or company name to protect their name under .xxx, .adult, .porn and .sex (unless someone else has already registered your name under one of these extensions). Also celebrities and political names can be protect their name this way.

The AdultBlock+ (€ 600,00/year) goes a few steps further and offers you the option of protecting your registered trademark and many variations on it under .xxx, .adult, .porn and .sex.
The variations do have to meet strict conditions. For example, for "bank", you could also get bânk, bänk, bànk,.. Letters that resemble letters in another script (Cyrillic, Greek, ...) are also protected.
