How do I create nameservers or add glue records to my nameservers?

In our system you don't have to manually register a name server. It is automatically registered the first time you use that name server in our system.

If for some reason you do want to have one registered before actually using it, then you can request this via our support.

We also manage your glue records automatically. A "glue record" is only necessary when your name servers are sub-domains if the domain name they're serving. So if for example one of the name servers of "yourname.be" is "ns1.yourname.be", then you'll need a glue record.

This is not needed in any other event and registries are also not willing to create one unless it is necesary as described above.

The moment you connect a name server to a domain name of which the name server is a subdomain, you will be asked to also supply the IP addresses of that name server. These will be used for the creation of the glue records.

In the example below, for ns.nscluster.wf no glue-record is needed in this case, because it's not a sub-domain of "yourname.be". For ns.yourname.be a glue record is however need. You'll be able to enter the glue-record information next to the name server name.
