A transfer always needs to be requested first with the new registrar. They will help you with the correct procedures.
We will always cooperate with such a transfer as much as possible. For this, no charges apply.
Attention: In some situations, some of the central registries however don't allow transferring a domain name. For example when a domain name has expired.
