The domain name needs to resemble your company name or a trade mark you hold.

Take into account the difficulty of completing the paperwork. We will provide you with two documents. You will need to sign these documents in front of a Notary Public and later take them to the state authorities for an Apostille, or to the Colombian Consulate for legalization.

Further on, they will need this:
1. Prove of your company formation (Incorporation documents?),
2. Show a copy of the company tax ID document/certificate (IRS Number/VAT
Number?, etc. by which he is uniquely known to his local tax authorities),
3. Prove its current existence (Chamber of commerce certificate?) and
4. Lastly, if the name is not equal to the proposed registrant's name,
then a trademark certificate belonging to the proposed registrant, of the
term whose registration as a domain is being applied for, should also be
submitted.
