In order to register a domain name in Iraq, the domain owner must have a Trademark in Iraq (similar or identical) to the domain name or a Commercial Registration Certificate in Iraq. If you register a .com.iq name you will be asked to show a certificate of the Chamber of Commerce.

You also need to have a local representative in Iraq. If you don't have a local representative, our local contact person will be used.

You also need to take into account that when you register a .com.iq name, paperwork is required. This paperwork also needs to be legalised via the Iraqi or Jordan consulate

Only possible for companies or holders of registered trademarks. These don't have to be from Turkish origin. The domain name needs to resemble to company name or trade mark. You will need to provide evidence of the company name or trade mark. This has to be in English or Turkish.
Active use of this name within Turkey will also have to be proven by providing a copy of an invoice to a Turkish client.

You must be a legal Canadian resident, Canadian citizen, or a company which has the legal right to do business in Canada. A registered trade mark in Canada is also accepted, but only of the domain name resembles the trade mark.
After you register your domain, you will receive an email from CIRA (the .ca-registry) with your CIRA login and temporary password. You must log into the CIRA site within 7 days to complete the registration of your domain.
