How can I use your nameservers in combination with my own nameservers?

Your primary nameserver should allow zone transfers to our nameservers.
Please allow zonetransfers to the following IP address:

188.166.70.123
You will be informed via email if these should ever be updated. Suppose you have one nameserver of your own, and you want to add three of our nameservers, simply do as follows:
  • Go to the settings of your domain name on our website, click on the little wrench icon in front of 'nameservers' and choose the option "Your Nameserver + our Nameserver".
  • Fill out the fields "Nameserver 1" and "IP-adres" with the information of your own nameserver.
  • The fields for nameserver 2, 3 and 4 should be kept as they are, with our nameserver information.
  • You'll need to change your zonefile to reflect this change:
The zonefile contains the information your nameserver has about your domain name.

This will currently (amongst other lines) contain something like this:
            NS    ns1.YOURNAMESERVER.
            NS    ns2.YOURNAMESERVER.

This would need to be updated to:
            NS    ns1.YOURNAMESERVER.
            NS    ns.bNamed.eu.
            NS    ns.bNamed.us.
            NS    ns.bNamed.nl.

If you want, you can use the following instead:
            NS    ns1.YOURNAMESERVER.
            NS    ns.nscluster.eu.
            NS    ns.nscluster.us.
            NS    ns.nscluster.nl.
